The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Thales, which takes every precaution to ensure that your personal data is processed securely in accordance with applicable legislation.

In this respect, Thales has adopted Binding Corporate Rules (BCR). The BCR constitute the Thales Group's global policy on the protection of personal data, defining the principles and procedures that Thales undertakes to respect. You can consult them by clicking here.

When you submit your application to the STEM FOR ALL programme, you will share your personal data with Thales Solidarity, 4 rue de la Verrerie 92190 Meudon (‘Thales’), acting as data controller.

Your data will be used for the administrative management of the STEM FOR ALL programme, including the selection of candidates and the allocation of scholarships.

Please note that Thales Solidarity carries out the processing mentioned herein on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based thereon prior to the date of such withdrawal.

The provision of your personal data is compulsory.

If you choose not to provide your personal data, your participation in the STEM FOR ALL programme will not be valid.

For the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data will be kept for 5 years by Thales Solidarity from the submission of your application.

In the context of this processing, all or part of your personal data will be sent to the staff of the third party service provider who provides hosting and maintenance services for the platform on which you are applying.

Please note that you have a right of access to your personal data, as well as a right to rectification and deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to request a restriction on processing. In addition, you may request communication, in a structured and standard format, of the personal data that you have provided to Thales and that are processed using automated processes.
