The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GTCU") is to define the terms and conditions of access and use by participants in the "STEM for all" competition of the platform made available to them by Thales Solidarity (hereinafter the "Site").

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with these GCU, which all users acknowledge accepting unreservedly by the mere fact of accessing the said Site. Users who do not wish to be bound by these GCU immediately renounce their right to remain on the Site and cease using it immediately.

The Site is published by the company Thales Solidarity, Endowment Fund governed by Law No. 2008-776 of August 4, 2008 on the modernization of the economy and Decree No. 2009-158 of February 11, 2009, located at 4 rue de la Verrerie, 92190 Meudon, identified under Siren No. 910 082 114.

The publication director is Mrs Amélie RAVIER, Managing Director of Thales Solidarity.

The Site is hosted by Optimy S.A., whose registered office is at Boulevard du Souverain 36, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium.

Participants in the competition must comply with the aforementioned rules. Any incomplete or incorrect entries will be rejected.

Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights

This Site and its content are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights, owned by Thales Solidarity or third parties.

All data deposited on the Site is governed by the provisions of the regulations.

Warranty and liability exclusions

The elements of the Site are provided solely for general information purposes and may not be used as a basis for any transaction whatsoever. All information published on this Site is provided by Thales Solidarity as is without warranty of any kind,  express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights.
